Game Description :
The Unholy War is an adventure action game developed by Toys for Bob and released by Eidos Interactive for PlayStation in 1998. The game has two modes of play: Mayhem Mode and Strategy Mode. Players will battle 1v1 (versus) other characters in the game in Mayhem Mode. In Strategy Mode, players will be defending and destroying numerous enemies on the game’s maps. The game is a story of a faraway planet named Xsarra. On this planet, two powerful forces are opposing each other: the power of the Arcanes and the power of the Teknos. The war was caused by the Teknos’ exploitation of planet Xsarra’s resources. When Teknos landed on the planet Xsarra, they were trying to avoid the hunters.
They thought that the planet’s atmosphere had special radiation that would hide their ships from hunters’ detection equipment. They find this planet and learn that there are many Aur. With this type of compound, Teknos will be able to face and attack the hunter. For this reason, they have remained on the planet Xsarra, exploiting all Aur has here. But they met with strong opposition from the Arcanes. The inhabitants of the planet Xsarra formed an army to repel the Teknos invasion. They erupted into a war, and for over 20 years,s they remained. The player’s job will be to put an end to the war and thus save the planet Xsarra from peace.
The Characters of the game would have three Attack moves among them. There will be a lot of dangers on the battlefield that players will encounter. The gear randomly spread across the field can also boost the power of characters and allow them to move instantly. Each character will, however, have strengths and weaknesses. Players will have to move adjacent Hex units and confirm an attack to attack the army of enemies. Both sides will cease fighting when one side surrenders or when all of the attacking units have been defeated in battle. An observer will make an appearance in the middle of each battle. This observer will give information to the player so that you can easily win.
